This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how cancellations, returns, refunds and replacements are handled by Ninetyone Engravings<\/strong>.<\/p>

1. Standard products<\/h2>

If a product is not customized or personalized, you may have the right to cancel or return it within the legal withdrawal period, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition and returned with its original packaging where applicable.<\/p>

2. Custom or personalized products<\/h2>

Products made according to the customer\u2019s specifications, including engraved, customized or personalized phone cases, cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started, unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect due to our error.<\/p>

This includes products customized with:<\/p>

  • Uploaded images or photographs.<\/li>
  • Names, initials, dates or phrases.<\/li>
  • Logos, artwork or custom designs.<\/li>
  • Any other customer-specific engraving or personalization.<\/li><\/ul>

    This does not affect your legal rights if the product is faulty, damaged, not as described or does not match the confirmed order.<\/p>

    3. Cancellations before production<\/h2>

    If production has not started, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.<\/p>

    If production has already started, cancellation may no longer be possible.<\/p>

    4. Defective, damaged or incorrect products<\/h2>

        5. Engraving appearance and acceptable variation<\/h2>

        Because laser engraving is a physical production process, some variation is normal and does not automatically qualify as a defect.<\/p>

        Acceptable variations may include:<\/p>

        • Slight differences between the screen preview and the final engraved product.<\/li>
        • Differences caused by monochrome conversion of color images.<\/li>
        • Slight contrast variation depending on the selected material.<\/li>
        • Natural grain, tone or texture variation on bamboo.<\/li>
        • Minor positioning or scaling differences necessary for technical production.<\/li><\/ul>

          A product will be considered incorrect or defective if it clearly does not match the confirmed order, has a production error attributable to us, or arrives damaged.<\/p>

          6. Customer file responsibility<\/h2>

          The customer is responsible for uploading a suitable file and ensuring they have the right to use it.<\/p>

          We are not responsible for poor engraving results caused by low-resolution files, blurry images, excessive compression, poor contrast or designs unsuitable for laser engraving, unless we expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.<\/p>

          If we detect a clear issue with the file before production, we may contact you or make reasonable technical adjustments to improve the result.<\/p>

          7. Return shipping costs<\/h2>

          If the return is due to our error, a defective product or a damaged item, we will provide instructions and may cover the reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.<\/p>

          If the return is accepted for another reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.<\/p>
